The Rock Groupie consists of three sections: The Groupie Chronicles blog, April's Groupie School tutorials on how to be a great groupie, and The Community Forum.
As you may have noticed in the past month, The Rock Groupie blog has become much more user oriented and interactive. With the addition of Groupie Fashion, The Community Forum, and the steady stream of regular Q & A sessions the blog has really opened up as a network for groupies instead of having a focus on my own life, and after a long period of reflection and contemplation I’ve decided I’d like to keep it moving in that direction. I feel that this is a very positive thing and I ask for all of your support while The Rock Groupie undergoes some major changes and shifts in the coming weeks.
With that in mind, I am now SERIOUSLY recruiting for other girls to become involved with the blog on a regular basis. The following are some of the positions I’m wanting to fill with some of you dedicated readers! And please note YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A TUMBLR USER, you just need an e-mail address!
Q & A Girls
Looking For: 3 or 4 girls to start with in various locales around the world.
Feature: Location specific Q & A so that girls in different parts of the world can have somebody to connect to who is familliar with their scene and how it works.
Requirements: Knowledgeability about your city’s music scene including venues, bars, and any other additional topics you’re savvy with. You may remain anonymous but location is required. Strong writing is also a bonus as this is going to be posted material, so spell check!

- 3 of your most popular local music venues (arenas, stadiums, bars, whatever) and some interesting facts, history, and bands you’ve seen play there (the bands won’t be posted to the blog without permission, I just want to make sure I get a diverse range of girls and experiences)
- Any specialized areas of knowledge and skills (Did you overcome shyness? Are you really good at getting backstage with bands you’ve never met? etc)
- 3 popular after party bars in your area
- 3 other local attractions bands are drawn to such as great restaurants, popular hotels (obviously no names of guests required, I’m just looking for places with a cool history or vibe that our music crazy followers would dig when they’re travelling), sporting events, whatever! Whatever you’ve heard bands talking about or been to with bands yourself.
