Anonymous asked: Oh god, you are an inspiration! I'd love to hang out with you sometime! Unfortunately I'm not a official groupie, you know, but I've always adored musicians.. So do you have any tips for a teenage girl who lives in a small country? There's not many groups, so starting wouldn't be very easy. I've read that The Rock Groupie School thing, but I'm still thinking how should I start.

There are no such things as ‘official’ and ‘un-official’ groupies, if you love music and support it you’re a groupie! My tips are to start by hanging out at smaller venues, going to see shows for bands who are just starting out but who you can really get behind and believe in. These places make it easy to meet people and talk to them, and it’ll make getting involved far easier the more people you meet! Not to mention that the more friends you make the better!
