Anonymous asked: Before you go spouting off about anonymous, I don't have a tumblr account. I have plenty of facts like I actuallly tour WITH bands and don't pay for my own tickets and hotel rooms because THEY INVITE ME. The lights are wrong as in hotel rooms they are always attatched to the walls by the beds. Kleenex is always in the vanity in a built in container that you cannot move from the bathroom, etc. You degrade groupie to a sad follower and ignorant gopher. Try posting your picture instead of others.
Oh. My. God. Honestly, I have no more time for you and people like you and your ignorance and belief that your experiences acurately represent everyone elses. Step outside of your head once in a while, it must get cramped and feel like a never changing limbo in there. The Song Remains The Same in all the wrong ways with you. Open your eyes to worlds other than your own and stop being so fearful of the concept that people do things differently than you and are just as happy as you. It doesn’t mean you’re wrong because i’ve had a different life than you and it doesn’t mean i’m wrong because you have had a different one to me. It’s a SIMPLE concept. For example, that’s GREAT that bands are willing to pay for you, but does that mean you wouldn’t support a band you really believed in that was touring on the small club circuit just because they wouldn’t be able to afford for you to go? They’re losing money touring half the time anyway when they’re not A-list status, but that doesn’t mean they don’t have support and friends who are willing to sacrifice 100 bucks to make it out and just BELIEVE in them.
Your ‘facts’ prove nothing towards the validity of what I have to say, how is the fact that you have been on tour in any way proof that I have not? To try to claim I’m the one being ignorant when I’m open to hearing about and acknowledging your experiences and you’re the one shooting mine down because they don’t match up with yours is completely ridiculous. I’m not replying to anything else you say, I honestly believe you are a fool based on what thankfully limited interaction we’ve had, and I place zero importance on the things you have said to me, because they are completely unproductive and repetative, ignorant and naive. I hope you can open your heart up and stop loathing what you don’t understand someday, because it will make you a more complete and compassionate human being. You really ought to step back and examine your life when you’re willing to throw your time away being so passionately angry towards a human being you’ve never met over a blog of this innocent of a nature.
